PFor the design and development of the system, we used Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 with C # and Power Builder 11.2, since they are tools of high reliability because of its versatility and due to the ease of interacting with any of the commercial databases known in the world, such as SQL Server and Oracle, having access to them in a remotely form if necessary.
LThe presentation of the system is Windows (GUI) environment, using all the resources that this operating system offers to users as using the mouse, windows management and dropdown lists, event handling, click and double click that allow a easy use of the application, menu bar and toolbar for easy access to processes and in general all the features enabled by Windows.
